Learning a musical instrument does so much more that develop a new skill: it fosters confidence and self-discipline, qualities that will serve you well in every aspect of your life. And with its rich history and enchanting sound, the harp is a wonderful instrument to learn!
I work to create an interesting and challenging environment for all of my students, with individual lesson plans tailored to each student’s age, skill level and specific interests. I can also help students find instruments to rent or purchase. I have both private teaching experience and formal training in harp pedagogy, and I love teaching!
Music Theory Lessons:
Learning music theory can give you new insight into the music you know and love, and help you improve your playing as well. With my extensive training in music history and theory from the Eastman School of Music, I can teach you what you need to know – whether you’re preparing for an exam or learning just for the fun of it!
I offer weekly hour or half-hour long lessons at my home studio in the East End of Toronto. Please contact me for more details or to schedule a free trial lesson for yourself or your child.
